Important Legal Information

You may make contributions of up to $5,000 per calendar year to a PAC. Contributions to federal PACs and party committees are limited to $61,400 per two-year cycle ($21,400 of which is reserved exclusively for national party committees). Also, an individual may contribute up to $40,000 to all federal candidates per two-year cycle. Therefore, total contributions to federal candidates and committees, may not, in the aggregate, exceed $101,400 per two-year cycle. Your credit card information will be used only for this transaction through our secure online payment system that we employ including PayPal. Conservative Circles, Ltd. (CCL), or any lawfully constituted PAC which works with or through CCL, does not retain credit card information or transmit credit card information to candidate committees. However, federal law requires us to report the name, address, occupation, employer for each CCL contributors who gives more than $200 during each calendar year to the Federal Election Commission. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. If we're unable to use your contribution for the purpose you specify, either because of oversubscription or for another unforeseen reason, it is our policy to use your contribution for other advertising, public relations, advocacy or organizing activities.

Confidentiality and Disclosure

CCL will treat your contact information as private and confidential. We will not provide your contact information to any other organization, unless you specifically authorize us to do so. In accordance with federal law, we report to the Federal Election Commission the name, address, occupation, and employer for each contributor who gives CCL more than $200 during each calendar year.

For petitions and surveys you've signed or completed, CCL will treat your name, city, state, and comments as public information for example, we may provide compilations of petitions, with your comments, to the President and legislators. But in no such case will we disclose your street address, email address or phone number, without your permission. We may also make your comments, along with your first name, city, state, and country, available to the press and public online.

By electing to use CCL's FaxGram service, you agree that CCL may contact you regarding the results of the efforts including email updates that are directly linked to CCL's FaxGram activities.

You also agree that at the conclusion of the FaxGram, CCL may redirect you to an appropriate page on any sponsoring lawfully constituted and operating PAC recognized as such by the US or any state.
